To use our services, you must acquire them by registering using the following procedure:

Click on "Create new account"
Select if you are a company or an individual.
Accept the contract, the express termination clauses and the Privacy Note.
Enter your personal details and select a username and password.
Enter the "security code".
Click on "commit".
Click on "continue".
View the price and what you are buying.
Confirm the purchase by clicking on "buy".
You are redirected to a secure bankpassweb site for making payment by credit card.
Enter your credit card details.
Confirm.
You will receive an email containing all the information (invoice, information about how to use the service, etc.).
As well as in Italian, you can register using the language versions for the registration procedure available on the site.
If there are any errors during the registration procedure or afterwards, you can send an email to stack-studios@stack-studios.com
Once you have registered, you can use our services, which are available at the prices indicated and allow you to carry out the activities described in the contract conditions, which are available in the User Area.
The service contract will be archived digitally on our servers and you can access your registration and the text of the contract you have approved at http://hertz.stack-studios.net/ruby/felix_client/login .
In the event of a dispute, you can contact the ordinary legal authorities.
